Review of Swiss Family Robinson (1960) by Jon C — 21 Aug 2012
Another Disney classic that is timeless.
A story about a family that's cut off from the rest of the civilized world learns to adapt and become in tune with their new living environment.
A tale of hope, survival, love, family and most of all teamwork.
I think the pirates could have been cut out of the movie all together but they served as a very good obstacle for the Robinson family to fight off and outmanuver.
I really hate that little brother because he's annoying and a troublemaker.
I think the ending was a good closing curtain, too because it says you make this choice not just for yourself but for the good of everyone else.
Whichever world we live in we learn, discover, realize and appreciate what more can be given.
