This movie is NOT for everyone. It's utterly bizarre - in a good way. It's thought-provoking, hilarious, strange, deep, fun to watch, absurd - but it's not a typical movie. I really liked it.
I think it is a commentary on life and love and loneliness. But it's definitely not for kids (it deserves its R rating, methinks) and not for all adults either. You have to be cool with bodily functions and magical realism.
The biggest "plot hole" for me was that a mobile phone still had any juice after days, weeks or months. To me that was the most unrealistic aspect of this film. Really.
