Kevin Spacey basically steals Alec Baldwin's character from "Glenngarry Glenn Ross" (also a Kevin Spacey movie) and copies it for the entire movie. I thought Kevin Spacey overacted the part of the asshole boss in the movie, and I didn't buy that the movie accurately portrayed how Hollywood actually is.
But the film is definitely a movie that deserves a wider audience than it received. It's a great movie, with a shocking "Usual Suspects" (also another Kevin Spacey movie) kind of ending.
Rent it.
