Review of Swimfan (2002) by Cody M — 09 Mar 2008
Ok I may have a disadvantage in not seeing other films of this kind but with that aside, I found myself actually sort of enjoying this film (not very good english but trying to explain your feelings about something, invariably it never comes out in 'proper' english).
Christensen plays a good psycho (though would she be half as pretty without makeup?) and Bradford is good at the man who's life is falling apart because of a one night stand. That said, the tension could have been tweaked a little more.
I would have liked to have seen Christensen's character, Madison, play with Bradford's character, Ben, mind a little more. You know, the is she or isn't she doing this charade? I don't think it was out of the realms of the talent in this film.
So a solid average film.
