Review of Swept from the Sea (1998) by Sharyn H — 30 Oct 2008
Absolutely stunning. I don't make a point of watching very many romantic movies, but this one caught my eye thanks to the ever-interesting Vincent Perez. Both Perez and Weisz were perfect here; I cannot imagine anyone else within either role.
Likewise, McKellan and Bates were wonderful, too. Bit of a tear-jerker, but I'm very glad I didn't miss it.
