A uniquely well-tailored plot! This violent musical is a fresh experience to me, particularly because of its dark layout and nice songs. Besides those bloody and breathtaking killings, some scenes are quite cheerful and laughable (like the deposits of bodies).
Tim Burton makes use the devastating ending to illustrate how hatred poisons one's mind which leads to an irreversible tragedy, and I am totally in shock to see it ends like that!
