Review of Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street (1982) by Kirk D — 20 Jun 2008

This isn't a movie, why's it on here? anywho... this is one of the best versions of Sweeney to date, far surpasing the Johnny Depp Movie (which when you think about it, sucks compared to the stage versions).

Angela is not only the original, but the best Mrs. Lovett to date. & although it would've been great to see Len Cariou on screen, George does just fine. overall this is excellent, but the DVD's too damn hard to find.
