Review of Suspiria (2018) by George P — 04 Jan 2019

Hear me out, I definitely need therapy after watching Suspiria. This movie is made to test your patience and it succeeds in that. I do think this movie is a bit too long (running time). The dancing scenes are almost hypnotizing and the scene where Dakota Johnson's character dances and ultimately kills the other girl it absolutely shocking.

The direction is very good as is the updated storyline. I know this movie has received polarizing reviews, but I am with the people that liked the movie. I give this movie 4/5 stars. The direction, story, acting, and effects are good in this movie, my only complaint is the running time and at times the story gets a bit too convoluted.
