Review of Suspiria (1977) by Adrian S — 30 Oct 2013
The greatest (Italian) horror movie (sorry, Mario Bava) ever. "Alice in Wonderland" takes opium and stumbles across a dancing academy run by witches, with vivid colours and a terrifying musical score that is hauntingly beautiful.
"Suspiria" is an unparalleled masterpiece of horror cinema that is not without flaws yet stands as a singular, riveting, and hypnotic experience not to be missed.
