Review of Suspiria (1977) by Logan M — 12 Sep 2016
Dario Argento's tale of a haunted ballet school run by witches is pretty damn great. It oozes atmosphere, which is the first thing I look for in a horror film. It has a tremendous use of color, a creepy score, and a sort of constant feeling of dread.
There were few moments when watching this that I didn't feel at least some level of unease. And that is what makes a great horror film! If you want to feel totally creeped out? "Suspiria" is going to do the trick for most of it's runtime.
