Review of Suspicion (1941) by Cosmos N — 01 Jan 2009
Despite a good set up and arguabley the most charismatic leading man at the helm, this film feels a little flat and by the end there's more than a little feeling of dissapointment. The story is, for 3/4 of the film, very interesting and intriguing, leaving you wondering how it will all end up.
The problems arise however at the end of the film, when the climax is so uneventful and a real let down. On the whole, a decent movie, let down grossly by poor planning and the lack of closure.
