While the movie may not actually take place in Delaware, the details were shockingly accurate on how to get to real places in Delaware like Slaughter Island and taking 95 South to 1 to get there. Yeah, I may be bias and eating the movie higher than it need be based on the homage to a place that never gets mentioned in films, but I thought the film was well out together.
It was different. You'll be hard-pressed to find many other zombie flicks that contain this least amount of violence. For whatever reason, Romero toned it down completely with this film.
