Survival of the Dead starts like other Zombie films. The epidemic of destruction spread and hundreds of victims are already died. The bodies became undead/zombies and the survivors teamed up. Sure there are lots of drama between two teams/gangs. The characters joking around and the guns singing.
The writers tried wrote some kind of the plot where`s two families fight amongst themselves. Even when zombies are around. Typical casting what comes to the characters personalities. George A. Romero has lost his touch..zombies make-up was disappointing and achieved a bit lousy. The special effects looked fine but these could have been much better. There aren`t much blood thanks to low age limit and âHollywoodâ? rules and horror elements are also a bit low that the horror lovers will lose their interests about the movie.
