Review of Surf Nazis Must Die (1987) by Jose M — 31 Aug 2014
You'd think I learn a thing or two about watching terrible films even when not only the critics and audience, but also the people who are fans of cult classics. Yes, I am aware of the risk, but yet I am still compelled to see since I have a desire to see the film as an amateur critic or blogger for all you ****s out there.
Today's bad film is Surf Nazis Must Die and the title is and poster are the best thing about the film which is really inept and embarrassingly hilarious in a few scenes. The film is set after an earthquake destroys California and law enforcement where gangs take control of the beaches and sit around doing nothing until the last few minutes.
Surf Nazis Must Die is pretty much a lame rip-off of A Clockwork Orange and the Warriors with surfers and one big bad black mama who I couldn't really root for. It would have worked if the writers knew a thing or too about blaxploitation films and characters.
The best thing about this film is the choreography that is suppose to reflect a fight scene. Surf Nazis Must Die has no style and washes up shore.
