It's not as bad as everyone says, and their heart was definitely in the right place when they made it. It's cheesy, and it's easy to tell that they budget was lower for this one, but it still has some good moments.
Nowhere near the quality of the first two, but a marked improvement of Superman III, which was utter trash.
