Review of Superman IV: The Quest for Peace (1987) by Mary K — 01 Apr 2012

Bad bad movie. Reeve is trying his best, but the script and production values make it hard to stick by him. Hackman returns but he doesn't come off as strong or intelligent as he had in the first film, and with every scene he is present, his annoying nephew played by Jon Cryer (who stinks) is also present.

Nuclear Man is pretty lame as well. Sadly, this is the last time Reeve got to play Superman, and his series ends on a down note.
