Superman IV has a big problem. The studio gave it no budget. The effects are the worst of any major studio film that I have ever seen. Nuclear man birth is hand drawn animation! The actors look lost. The script is a major mess.
The only thing this film has going for it is a good score and a "it's so bad it's good" vibe. This was a crime to do this to Sups.
