Why on earth this story didn't follow the comics is beyond me. Warner has a stupid problem of not letting any of their properties mix. but one of the most interesting parts of the original story of the death of superman is how it affected the other DC heroes.
This film was very dissapointing. if you're looking for a good comic movie check out New Frontier, or just go read a comic.
