Review of Superman/Batman: Apocalypse (2010) by Charles E — 26 May 2011
Animation was really good, too bad the story didn't match. WB Animation seemed to have peaked storytelling wise with the Justice League Unlimited series. This film is a bit of an alternate universe retread as if the writers took an old story and said " Ok, how can we tell this story with the barest amount of redressing and a hell of a lot of fight scenes.
" The fight scenes were really good, but lacked emotional "punch.".
