Review of Superbad (2007) by Markus M — 13 Feb 2016
One of the more uncomfortable movie viewing experiences I've had. The first half hour of the movie especially is pretty rough to sit through due to how awkward it is and what pieces of shit the characters come across as. But after the first half hour of set-up is done with and the plot gets going, the film despite never losing the uncomfortable awkwardness of it is still amusing to watch, and there are actually a few moments that I actually found pretty funny, even if the film as a whole I don't find very funny at all.
