Damn, this movie is actually pretty funny! Normally, comedies like these suck to the max, but this one is actually decent. A story of cops trying to keep their station up so the other cops won't be the only ones taking care of the town.
..if only the cops actually did the right thing instead of wrong. The funniest scene I tought is the "Meow Bet," because it was so original and it made me laugh so hard. A cult-movie, but that's not a bad thing.
