Review of Super Troopers (2001) by Ken S — 02 Sep 2011

"Supertroopers" is a very stupid film about highway patrol officers and their rivalry with local police and their misadventures including a stop of a car with a beautiful female passenger and a male driver. In that scene, one of the cops "gets it on" with the woman on the hood of their car (a stolen car).

Later the couple is at one of the cop's house, apparently couples.

Swinging has been going on. Even stranger is that one cop who is "hot" for a female cop from a local detachment goes to her station and pretends to be a flasher and someone reporting the flasher but he gets caught by the woman who catches him offguard by using a voice modifier.

They go into a trailer for sex and end up crashing the bed and finding drugs there. 2 out of 10 but with the odd interesting scene and one very attractive female cop(Marisa Coughlan).

I wonder if the reviewer who thought this film was better than the Police Academy films was smoking something funny at the time he watched this film. Even if the Police Academy films got really bad, they still would be far better and far more respectable than this "film"...
