Overall, a very interesting and eye opening look at the fast food industry. It's very well paced for a documentary and has a mix of Morgan's journey, professional interviews, food facts, and random music.

This movie is often shown in schools these days in health class. However, nutritional science has changed quite a bit since 2003 and some of things it says are misguided or even wrong. Still, its call to action is clear and it leaves a lasting impression on the viewer.
