It was very good. Very informative about the food industry at large. Bottom line is all that these companies care about is profit. I really like the addition regarding what goes into the foods our children are eating at school and the choices the are making.

It is a lot of peer pressure involved as well. Also the addiction he developed was deep. Because even when you stop eating fast food on a regular you oft times my go back for a quick fix. This movie needs to be taken serious.

And keep in mind he was on the side of the people.
