Pretty good despite the fact that Morgan Spurlock is annoying and the subject matter is the epitome of "no shit." How about smoking and drinking nonstop for 30 days and see how fucked up your body gets.
The documentary approach is about as basic as it gets for better or worse and is saved by decent graphics and Wesley Willis"Rock N Roll McDonalds". To eat fast food nonstop isn't healthy so Spurlock isnt quite the revolutionary figure and trailblazer that he thinks he is.
