Review of Super (2010) by John M — 10 Jan 2012

First there was Kick-Ass, then Defendor, then Griff the Invisible, now Super. This film mostly follows the same path as it turns up the violence, but takes an odd turn in the third act, as if trying to become "Taxi Driver" in a silly costume.

I wasn't sure what to think of the film after the rape scene, it had gone too far to still be comedy; I have no doubt I'll be mulling it over for quite some time to come.
