Review of Sunshine (2007) by Martin E — 09 Jan 2013
A nice piece of hard(-ish) Science Fiction, made better through the genius casting of Cillian Murphy and Chris Evans. Danny Boyle did good here, doing his best to make the film as realistic as possible.
Yeah sure, using a bomb to re-ignite the Sun is something that's out of reach, even plot wise, but the realism is made true, he did seek the help of Prof. Brian Cox after all (See commentary section of DVD release).
Needs to be watched more than once, but highly enjoyable.
