Review of Sunrise (1985) by Brayden B — 09 Sep 2008
This is one of the most bitter-sweetly beautiful films I have seen. It is also the best silent film I have ever seen. But don't let that turn you off, it's such a powerful story you won't even notice there is no dialogue.
It is a true classic in the sense that it taps into the universal nature of love between husband and wife in a truly timeless way.
