Review of Sunrise (1985) by Rachel B — 24 Jul 2009
Murnau's German Expressionist and directing skills were honed to perfection. The first half hour could be a movie in and of itself; hell I always assumed that was just the plot of the movie. I also refuse to believe any woman could forgive her cheating, almost-murderer husband so quickly, but this is a "love conquers all" fairy tale, so whatever.
