Review of Summertime (1955) by Mitsu C — 11 Jul 2007
The movie should have been called 'Summer Love'. The scenery is simply breathless, it made me want to go to Italy. Katharine Hepburn is too overly dramatic in this one. She doesn't seem to maintain a natural balance or flow.
Rossano Brazzi brings the Italian charm to the movie.
