Review of Summer Stock (1950) by Drew A — 25 Feb 2008
Every now and again I have to put this movie on just for "Get Happy." Additionally, this has one of the most beautiful songs that Judy Garland ever sang, "Friendly Star." Its not a perfect film; I could do very well without "Heavenly Music," but there is so much chemistry between the two leads I just melt when they are on screen.
