A feel good film to take you back to your childhood days(even tho I was only 5 in 84 lol). Other reviewers say it relies on over saturated 80s nostalgia which is bs there's only a few things here and there and the background 80s style electronic music like Stranger Things.
This film has a good cast perfect for the roles the acting might not be top notch but it serves its purpuse. If you are like me and were a kid of the 80s this film is perfect like a hybrid of The Goonies with a touch of The Lost Boys married to Stranger Things I'd be happy to see a follow on from it and would gladly pay to go see it.
