Review of Summer of '67 (2018) by The All-Seeing I — 27 Sep 2018
An authentic indie drama period piece taking place in the Vietnam era about two sisters and what it was like to be alive and go through that very tumultuous time in history. The film captured the emotion, the confusion, and how they coped and got through it all.
.. It's important that period pieces capture the feel of the time, and I was impressed that this film did such a good job with that via the music and sets. The pacing lagged occasionally, but overall, this was worth watching.
