Review of Summer of '67 (2018) by Tim B — 18 Sep 2018
The 1960's are a little before my time. But I've always had a fascination for the era. I just recently watched Ken Burns doc on Vietnam. This movie was like watching a dramatic version of those real life events.
It rang true with the history of the era. The story pulled me in and made me feel for the women and their loved ones who were fighting the war. I loved the 60's colors and the whole look and feel of the film.
It felt very authentic and real to me. Strongly recommend!
