Mom dies; and grown children must go on -- sell her art collection; sell her house; etc. Sad how the 3 grown children go off into their own lives; with the ultimate losers being the grandchildren. Such is life, but sad nonetheless.
A Will would have been helpful; and legal planning for the inevitable demise would have been a much wiser course of action. Moral: discuss the future of your estate with an attorney!
