Review of Sully (2016) by Jordan R. M — 25 Nov 2016
Excellent film by Eastwood and Hanks. If anything, the film is perfect is showing what happened, from multiple perspectives, of the events of the 'Miracle on the Hudson'. I read there is controversy about how NTSB conducted itself, which hurts the film a little to me.
However, I think it was great to see the events of the day, especially how critical NY Waterways was in the survival of the passengers. It isn't anything spectacular and Hanks may got a Best Actor nomination for it, but it's a really interesting film in learning about what goes on in an investigation of crashes.
