Review of Sukiyaki Western Django (2007) by Derek L — 11 Feb 2009

It's not as good as I wanted this to be, but it's still an interesting look at an eastern view on the "Western Film Genre". The direction is great the story was not there; I felt detached from this movie until the last 40min or so.

But the climax was great and the action was very well done. The characters were all over the place; and it was a great Idea to do this in English but most of the cast had the worst engrish ever and I could not understand half of what they said except for the main cast.

Over all I say rent this it's not a buy unless your a completest for Miike's work.
