The actors are very committed to the characters they are bringing to life, and it more or less pays off for Robbie, Smith and Leto. Unfortunately they are bogged down by Ayer's bad dialogue and a formulaic plot that doesn't live up to it's potential.
It's by far the weakest entry within the DCEU.
