Review of Suicide Club (2001) by James C — 06 Apr 2008
Painfully, it is painted to show plenty of gory, and surprising fake blood, which looks like a red water. You can tell. However, the plot is very strange, still it is important philosophical message outside there related to accept who are you, or "Are you connect to yourself?" and how much media is powerful influence or impact on us.
.. It is interesting concept and I am pleasured to see the original idea for horror movie, actually itself is more comedy to me than horror genre... The movie would be better if the director considers a bit more on actors, quality, editing, emotionally charges plot among with powerful message to make us ponder about ourselves.
.. Comedy movie is just that we couldn't focus on the message, we keep laughing or off from focus on the plot, where is very complicated... Still, I praise for the idea, very well done... Could be better!
