Review of Suicide Club (2001) by Garry J — 20 Sep 2008
Like many Japanese horror films they came up with an interesting premise, follow it around and then about 2/3rds of the way through the movie, decide to just be silly and stop making sense. Darkly comedic, but still a little disturbing, Suicide Club is not for everyone.
But if the opening scene with 54 school girls jumping in front of a subway train intrigues you, then by all means. Also the rock song in the middle of the movie was pretty good, in that weird WTF sort of way.
