In a nutshell: The humor for the first part is good, much of it is TOO tragically realistic, for example the main character is a valley girl blond cheerleader with correspondingly, stereotypically low IQ, yet somehow her boyfriend, one of the school's star varsity football players is many times more stupid. He is oblivious to the ramifications of becoming a father and is more like a little kid himself, thankfully we don't have to see too much of him - A classic pretty, but dumb, white football player/cheerleader couple.

Most jokes are delivered very well, but there's also a reason this movie is rated PG-13, namely cursing and casual hate speech against gays and lesbians, oh, even one scene where one of these chicks is disgusted by her mom's, who is in prison, apparent lesbianism. Yes, she's gonna rob a bank but at least she likes boys the way God intended! She's so superior!

But what I REALLY HATE about this movie is the ending, don't feel like I'm spoiling cause you're not missing anything: Backtracking to explain a couple of things I've already written: The main character reveals at the beginning of the movie that she is pregnant and convinces her friends that robbing a bank is a good way to get what her baby will need.

They say the movie is irresponsible and IT IS. They GO TO PRISON TO ASK INMATES FOR TIPS, think about that, wouldn't there be guards listening to what they say or recording them? As they do rob the bank a rival girl recognizes them from cheer procedure and pieces of their cheerleading costume and tells the cops on them because she hates them (she's on the lower squad even though she knows more about cheerleading?), then changes her mind when offered captain spot for next year. She changes her story and lies to the cops, they get away with it, the end.

UNREALISTIC! You REALLY think the cops would let a bunch of people get away with with stealing THOUSANDS of dollars and accosting dozens of people? Wouldn't the cops actually investigate the crime, learn about their conspiracy, charge them all with obstruction of justice, armed robbery, conspiracy and send them up the river till the main character's twins were graduating college? In fact not only did they passively in a panic ADMIT to robbing the bank before like 50 people who knew they did it, but many banks have silent alarms that someone could've pushed and the cops would've met them at the bank. Stupid. A bad ending and the main reason for the low rating.

Careful of the plot holes, don't want to break your ankle.
