I don't like baseball, but this movie was recommended to me on Netflix. I do appreciate a movie that is realistic in showing how many athletes don't become highly paid professionals. I can understand how Sugar would give up, although I wish that he had not.
Washing dishes doesn't lead to much of a better life. (Soto was a talented first-time actor.).
