An excellent film about the pursuit of 'the American Dream". The film works on many levels - and I thought it was fantastic --- but I will refrain from 'reviewing' it. Not because I have worked with the filmmakers involved .
.. but because my father, who was involved in amateur league baseball all his life, seemed to be sitting next to me watching the movie at my side. And, oh yeah, he passed away in 1992. PS: My Pop's favorite ball player of all time was Roberto Clemente .
.. and, other than Willie Mays, he was always going on and on about Vic Power, too.
