Who knew that such a great quote came from such an average film? By this point in the franchise, things are becoming predictable, formulaic, and far-fetched. The worst thing about the movie is the disconnected plot, which isn't helped by choppy editing and flashbacks.

The climax is also lackluster and the ending, which could have taken many different directions, is boring as well. Overall, a pretty standard action flick that doesn't show the nuance and sophistication of Eastwood's directing in his later films.
