A great Van Damme effort. Really stylish for a Van Damme film- there was a really high-budget on this one. There were some just fantastic scenes- whether it's Van Damme playing hockey with the Penguins or him having a brutal fight with the Penguin's mascot (hilarious scene), this one doesn't stop the giving the fun stuff.
Powers Boothe was absolutely cold as hell as the villain: he had no problem murdering, well, everybody! For a violent and fun ride, pick this one up.
