It's just a beautiful world, even when you're a street urchin living underground and hiding out from the cops. Not everybody will "get it" as it is quite different from anything made in America.
The disjointed storytelling style reminded be a little bit of Clerks, or other movies that don't have a concrete plot. What's the point of the film? Decide for yourself.
