Review of Suburbicon (2017) by Pasha B — 26 Oct 2017
An entertaining, if disjointed, black comedy that can't decide if it wants to stretch its representation of racism and awful people too far as to be heavy-handed, or too short as to be half-assed. Matt Damon and Oscar Isaac, and even young Noah Jupe, redeem an otherwise jumbled social satire, serving well as a matinee to spend an afternoon.
