Clever and witty Submarine takes an interesting look at the life of a young lad in school and the romance which unfolds with the girl he likes. Along the way his desire to keep his family together throws a wrench into his plans but he has a plan for everything.

A comedy that is very much British in humor and is in the vein of independent film but avoiding a lot of the clichà (C)s and pitfalls of modern indie films.
