A Welsh film that captures the quirky ups and downs of a teenaged boy who fantasizes about becoming popular, frets about his parents' marriage, and obsesses about a girl. He is ultimately quite self-centered, but manages to be charming as he bumbles his way through the obstacle course of his life.
