Review of Submarine (2011) by Chris F — 30 Jan 2012
Earnest story of a teenage boy, who falls for a girl, and becomes aware of his parents marital problems. Though the story isn't original, the film is sincere and charming. What makes the film worth seeing is the directorial style; I personally really enjoyed the background sounds throughout the show.
The low budget feel to the film fitted the era in which the film was set.
